Please, do not wrinkle your nose and shake your head when you read the title. To cook food so should you dare, dare to try, dare to jump into the unknown. Although it is safe and secure with the usual, it does not mean that the unknown is bad and horrible. If you do not dare, so do you get the not forward it? This dish comes from Kenya, is one such dish you have to try. One hundred years of tradition can not be wrong, right? Self so this dish is one of my favorites. And I promise, you serve when you have guests, you will certainly have a lot to talk about.
3 pieces of skinless chicken parts
2 sliced onions
4 sliced garlic
2 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
2 bouillon cubes
1 sliced chili
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp cumin
1 ½ cup strong dark roast coffee
little green beans
Instruction: Brown the chicken and onion. Add remaining ingredients and cook for about 45 minutes.
