Glasgow Flapjacks

flapjacks

They tastiest and most amazing Flapjcks I’ve ever eaten, just in Glasgow, this delightful Scottish town. Have you never been to Glasgow so I recommend you go there. One can not but love the city and the people there. I love that town!
These Flapjacks I dedicated to Glasgow. So simple, so wonderful and not so dangerous for the figure. 😉

200 g of honey
100g sugar
100g brown sugar
200g butter
400 g of oat flakes
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
100g total of sunflower seeds, raisins, chopped apricots, coconut
Instruction:
Take a saucepan and add the butter, honey, sugar. Heat until everything is mixed up. Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir well. Take a form 20×30 cm and dress with greaseproof paper. Place the dough in there and flatten it carefully so it is even. Bake at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cut while still warm into bite sized pieces.
