One thing you will notice if you follow this site is that it will get much spices. Love spices! What’s Cooking and baking without spices ? Very flat , I think.
This cake is absolutely amazing wonderful deliciously good ! Chocolate , cardamom and cinnamon, three things that I love so much, come together in this cake . It ‘s horrible , that it disappears at once.
Cake:
2 eggs
0.5 shredded orange peel
1.5 cups of sugar
0.75 cups flour
0.5 cups of cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
0.25 teaspoon salt
100 grams butter, melted
Fudge:
0.5 cups whipping cream
1 tsp honey
2 cinnamon stick
1 tsp cardamom seeds
200 grams of milk chocolate
Beat eggs and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and fold into the eggmix . Melt the butter and stir it . Pour batter into a greased and floured mold with removable rims ( 24 cm in diameter). Bake in the lower part of the oven at 175 degrees , about 20 minutes. Allow to cool .
Shock cinnamon sticks and cardamom lightly in a mortar. Bring cream , honey and spices. Remove the pan from the heat and let it soak for 10 minutes. Boil the cream again and strain it over the chopped chocolate. Stir until the fudge is smooth and wide , then remove the muddcake . Set in the fridge to set .

Love spice cakes, and I really like how you used cinnamon sticks instead of the usual powder.
