This bread is both beautiful to look at and good to eat. Sesame conjures really the bread.

0.25 cup sesame roasted
25 g yeast
1.5 cups lukewarm water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tbsp olive oil
about 3 cup flour
Brushing:
1 whipped egg
sesame seeds

Dissolve the yeast in the liquid.
Working together to form a smooth dough.
Knead the dough for about 20 minutes.
Let rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
Pick up and work the dough. Divide into 16 pieces. Roll out the dough into snakes, fold in the middle and spin it up and attach the ends. Let rise about 20 minutes. Brush the bread with whipped egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 225 c 12-15 minutes.
