How good isn’t it with pancakes. How do you like your pancakes? And there are so many different kinds of pancakes. All equally good. I still remember when I was a child, was pancake the only thing I refused to eat . It persisted until I became an adult. Why I did not like the pancake , I still not know yet . But today I do it often and in many different ways . When I make pancakes at home , I will share my them with you readers . And I promise there will be many different ways. Today there will be pancakes from Morocco , Msmmen or Rghaif as it is called . A beloved child has the many names is a common saying . It is special in many different ways. First, it contains semolina and the special fold. I will show you how to fold them properly. Eaten happy with honey, cream cheese or jam. 220g flour 45g semolina 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tsp dry yeast ΒΎ cup water, approximately ————- oil (possibly melted butter and semolina but it is not required ) Working together to form a smooth dough ball all the ingredients up to the mark . Knead the dough a long long time . Divide into balls about 5 pieces. Let rise about 30 minutes. Take oil in baking board and hands , take a dough ball and flatten into a thin, thin round circle with his hands . Now the special fold. Take a page and fold it so the end comes in the middle , do the same with the opposite end. Oil the sides that came up now. Fold the short side to the middle. Oil the folded side again . And then put the other end in the middle and oil it with. And you get a square package. Let rise for about 30 minutes. Bake in a medium hot pan with some oil in. Serve preferably with honey . |
