Smooth Lemon cheesecake cookies
They here the cakes I do not know how to describe … They are so , so totallt gorgeous! Just melts in your mouth and the smooth Lemon playing on the tongue. They’re seductive good. I have always been so hard to stop tasting them. 😉 But who cares when they are so easy baked .
I use light cream cheese, of course you can use regular but I have to think a little at the waist.
1.25 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
125 g butter
1 st yolk
400g cream cheese
0.5 cups powdered sugar
0.5 cups of Turkish yogurt
0.25 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
grated zest and juice of 1 lemon pieces

Chop together flour , sugar and butter to a crumbly mass. Add the egg yolk and work into a dough . Pressure out in a form having detachable edge , about 24 cm in diameter . Let rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 ° . Beat the eggs and stir in the remaining ingredients for the filling. Pour into pie plate . Bake in center of oven 30 – 35 minutes. Let the cake cool and serve it in pieces or squares.
