
These wonderful French cookies will take you to a wonderful rose garden, I promise. You will not want to leave the rose garden, before the last crumb has been eaten. Quickly you bake them and I can promise, you will bake them again.
75g soft butter
4 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
0.25 cup rose water
2 eggs
0.75 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Red food coloring
Beat butter, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and rose water cream in a bowl. Stir in the eggs. Mix flour and baking powder and fold it into the batter. Grease and sprinkle with crumbs Madeleine mold. Spread the batter into the mold. Place the dish in the middle of the oven.
Bake to golden cakes for about 10 minutes 175 degree oven.
