
Since I’m a food nerd, I think food all the time. New ideas comes at any time at the day, nights and days. This amazingly good bread, I came on a cloudy and rainy day. It becomes incredibly juicy and delicious and will not be quite as you consider normal. homemade bread because you rolling pins and fold and buttering between before baking it.
2.5 cups flour
1.1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 package dry yeast
0.5 cups of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon anise
Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough, and let it run for about 20 minutes. Yeast in about 40 minutes. Turn dough out onto floured surface and work it. Roll out the dough to a large piece. Grease and fold in half. Roll again. Grease and fold. Repeat two more times. Then cut into squares. And put on a bakpappers wearing plate. Let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees about 15 minutes or until golden.
