
A meal without vegetables is not a meal to me. Without any kind of vegetable I have not eaten. And imagine how much good you can do with vegetables, they need not only be cooked in order to be able to eat them. Here’s a favorite that I make often.
2 sliced onions
2 parsleyroots thinly sliced
1 parsnip thinly sliced
salt pepper
oil
Fry all together with the oil. Fry is not so high heat but rather lower and longer. It is so good to chicken and meat.
