Pancakes are probably the dish that is eaten most of all families in Sweden. There is eaten the most for lunch or dinner. The breakfast is very rare that one eats them then.
Try them, you will surely like them. Very important to make them thin.
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
0.5 tsp salt
3 eggs
Whisk half of the milk with flour, eggs and salt. When the batter is smooth, then add the remaining milk. Whisk until smooth. If you leave for an hour in the fridge.
Heat the frying pan and add a knob of butter. Let the butter melt. When it has melted, turn the batter and fold the pan so the batter evenly in the pan. Consider it to be thin. Then turn when they have got even nice color and fry the other side. Pick up. And click for more butter and continue until all the batter is fried.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, jam, sugar, Nutella, fresh berries, cream cheese or whatever is desired.
