Imagine something fiery hot mixed with something sweet? Well then you get Chili Jam. It is incredibly good! And it goes with everything, in principle, even the dessert, that cheese tray.
How hot you want it depends on the chili you choose. Now we love the heat so it was quite so strong chili varieties.
1 st habanero
1 kg of sugar
5 cup vinegar
1 red pepper
Mix chili and other vegetables in a blender. Place in a large saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Let cook for about 40 minutes. Poor up in sterilized jars and cover with the lid. Keep cool.
