Good morning bread – luxury feeling

Bread … Is there anything that smells as good as freshly baked bread ? Imagine being able to start the day with hambakat freshly baked bread. That’s a cheap luxury right? For me it is also a touch of cosiness, safety, warmth and home. One can do it so easily and quickly, but also more advanced. Everything depends on the mood and energy.
Personally, I was so hungry for a juicy , slightly sweeter bread but with character. So it was then that this bread saw day light . Wonderful , flavorful bread that fits so well in the morning.
The baked the dough in the evening. Covered with a damp towel . Into the fridge overnight. And took out the plate about 20 minutes before it went into the oven.
Am so glad I did not listen to those who said it did not go with dry yeast. Nice to see that it goes.
Come on and try this bread. Let me hear what you think about it. You do not roll out the dough, but do just a big bun of it. But remember that a little lower heat and longer time in the oven.

1 cup rolled oats
1.5 cup flour
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 packet of yeast + 1 tsp baking soda
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Add any more milk or flour if necessary. Let rise for about 40 minutes. Remove the dough and work it. Roll out and take out using a form loaves. Place on a plate dressed bakpappers loaves. Then cover with a well-moistened towel and place in the fridge overnight. Remove the plate about 10-15 minutes before it is baked. Ask us a bowl of water when you turn on the oven, so the bread get steam baked. Bake at 225 degrees C in about 5-10 minutes or until they have nice color. Brush well with water immediately after they come u from the oven so the bread gets juicier.
