What I do is prepare everything the night before. That is, making the dough , fermenting it and possibly rolling pins out. Then I set it in the fridge overnight with a well-moistened towel over him. There, the stand until the next morning. When I turn on the oven and remove the plate with the bread. When the oven is hot , out come the sheet set. While I make myself clear , and the coffee is ready. Bake the bread , and when I’m done , so the bread is also clear . So I get to enjoy the warm freshly baked bread and a cup of coffee every morning. That’s a good start right?
