
Mussels are so grateful to cook. They never failed no matter how you cook them. Good and affordable usually year round. The saffron takes it to a higher level, so use it. 🙂
This is a quick-fix and really a good dinner
1 packet of crushed tomatoes
1 pack mussels
1 chopped yellow onion
2 chopped cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons dill
3 tablespoons parsley
oil
salt pepper
1 stock cube
1 pinch saffron
4 servings of freshly boiled spaghetti
Fry the onions soft and add everything except the mussels. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Then add the mussels and let everything warm. Stir in the hot pasta. Serve.
