1 cup rolled oats
1.75 cups flour
1.1 cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons raisins
1 package dry yeast
2 teaspoons baking powder

Then put the bread on a baking sheet. Cover with damp towel and place in the fridge overnight. Take the bread and remove the towel. Turn the oven to 225 c When the oven is hot, set the bread and let bake for about 5-10 minutes or until golden. Brush immediately with a little water and cover with a dry towel.
