Another Monday morning to wake up to. Feels easier to get up and start up the oven at once , although it storms and really bad weather. Why ? Well last night so I made a new dough , now standing , and ferment overnight.
Was a little exciting because the flour ran out and there was just a little bit . So what do I do? Shutter off? No, not at all. I take , which I would never otherwise have at home, mashed potato mix . And it works great! The bread will be perfect this time , perhaps even juicier than usual.
2 cups flour
1 cup lukewarm water
3-4 tablespoons of mashed potato powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package dry yeast
2 teaspoons baking powder
0.5 cups of oil
Run everything into a smooth pliable dough. Let rise for about 40 minutes. Remove the dough and work it . Share in lagomt sized pieces. Add a bakpappers wearing plate. And cover with a damp wet towel . Place in the fridge overnight . Remove the plate and remove the towel . Start the oven 225 degrees. And please have a bowl of water in the oven , so the bread Γ₯ngsbakas simultaneously. Set the plate when the oven is hot and let bake for about 15 minutes or until they got just the right color.
