This morning, so I baked a lot of you might have seen in the posts before this. It becomes so good and tastes so much more than from the store.. No preservatives  or other additives in them. Cheap too. So stop buy and bake instead. It does not take that much longer. And what is so great about this dough is that you can freeze it without having any browned. So you only have to wait until a moment before you eat them or before guests arrive. Moulds judgment and bake. So you get the smell of freshly baked cookies in your entire home.

200 g butter
1.75 cup flour
0.5 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 beaten egg
sprinkles
Work the dough into a ball and allow to rest at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Fast preferably overnight. Roll out the dough and shape it into the desired shape. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg and sprinkle sprinkle ripped. Bake 200 c about 5-10 minutes or until golden.
