Pita bread

Pita bread I baked today. It’s probably the most baked bread in the world I think. It is eaten throughout the Middle East and North Africa, and certainly a few places more. Which is not hard to understand why, because it’s both good, cheap and taste so good.
I have a new friend in the kitchen that was added to the test, which it passed with flying colors.

1 packet of yeast
250ml lukewarm water
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tbsp olive oil
650 ml flour
Mix the dough into a smooth lump of dough. Let rise for about 1 hour. Remove from the bowl and knead the dough again. Divide into four parts. And roll out into a thin circle. Place on a plate. Do so with the remaining dough clumps. Bake at 250 C for about 8 minutes. Remove and let cool for a towel.
