Elmas cake … There is no recipe in my blue little book or another cookbook for that matter that is so full of fat and cocoa stains that just this recipe. Loves to look up the page and read the recipe.My youngest daughter started making this cake when she was 6-7 years old. She has certainly done at least 3-400 pieces over the years. My old cake tins shows off some of her love for baking. She moved out a long time ago, but the recipe and the tins is still working and missing her a lot.
100g melted butter
3-4 tbsp cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 ml flour
Everything is stirred into a smooth batter. And turns into a greased and floured mold. Bake 200C for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
