Carrots with Arabian flavors. Yum! Carrots are a really underrated vegetable. One can really conjure up lots of good thanks to them. And they do not cost much either. People have told me that I cook overpriced food. But I really do not, but it comes to be able to stretch, bend and conjure but especially daring. Β These carrots become magical, thanks to a little seasoning and love. More is not needed to get a fantastic dish.
4 pcs of shredded carrots
0.5 tsp ginger
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 pc onion chopped
2 teaspoons mustard seeds yellow
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
0.5 pc lemon, squeezed
salt and pepper
butter, for frying
Brown the carrots soften in the butter. Add spices and stir. Add everything except the salt and lemon. Let fried to the carrots are soft. Add salt and lemon juice. Stir and serve immediately.
