
Saffron Clafoutis with apples are great in every way. Quick to make and tastes fantastic. Fits perfect for this time of year.
2 sliced apples
2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 pinch saffron or saffron extract
50 ml sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
75 cups flour
300 ml Butter
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
Beat eggs, saffron and sugar. Add salt, flour and milk. Look up in a greased and floured mold. Add the apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
