This cookie disappears really fast from the plates.
550 ml flour
0.75 teaspoon salt
1 packet of yeast
100g melted butter
225 ml of lukewarm milk
filling:
100g soft butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
(1 whipped egg + 5 tbsp sugar)
Mix the ingredients into smooth dough. Let rise for about 40 minutes. Remove dough from bowl and divide into two pieces. Roll out into 2 circles that fit an oven safe form. Add one of the mold. Spread butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add in the other above on. Let rise for about 30 minutes. Brush with whipped egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 225 c for about 20 minutes or until it got a nice color.
So pretty! How did you learn to fold it?
