This good fish swam not so long ago, where Santa Claus lives, in a lake in the wilderness of Lapland.Char is a fish that is very suitable cooked as easy as possible.

1 gutted Artic Char
25g butter
0.5 tsp salt
lemon Pepper
aluminum foil
Grease the aluminum foil. Salt and pepper the fish. Add a knob of butter in the belly of the fish and the remaining butter on top of fish. In the oven 200 C for about 15 minutes or until the fish is complete

    I really enjoy arctic char, though I can only purchase fillets. Most of ours comes from fish farms in Canada, though occasionally we can get wild caught. Your preparation is simple and will let the flavor of the fish really shine.

      Thanks. :)Yes I think high qualtity ingrediense have to talk by it self. 🙂 Thats why I make it simple. 😉 Here most that sells are hole but from farms. This time I had the luck to get from a friend of my who is fishing up in the Laplands. 🙂
