Black garlic is something I just found. Its a white garlic who has been fermentated in a special way for a long time and becomes black and also the cloves. Wish, however, that I had found it earlier. It is good and exciting. Not at all like the usual white garlic.Have a bad day today, my body does not want what I want. So my dinner plans got changed. But it did nothing, it turned out great anyway. So juicy and really quite perfect. Think of a good frying pan is everything πŸ™‚

2 rough cut chicken fillets
1 tsp thyme
7 black garlic cloves in pieces
salt, pepper
oil
Season the chicken pieces. Let them be for a while. Heat a frying pan and pour in the oil. Add the chicken pieces and garlic. Let it fry properly and get beautiful color on all sides. Mash gladly garlic on chicken. It dissolves almost up to the pan. Feel with your finger when the chicken is done.

      1. It’s actual black black garlic!? No never have. Strange that they don’t have that type of garlic at the garlic festival. I’m going to do some research and see where I can find it
