Sometimes the simplest the best! This dessert came a night when my apples so sad and I had a bottle of mulled left who just stood and took a seat. Tired with so it did not take the time and easy it would be. And throwing away food is not my tune. So what do you do, to make mulled apples. Now, I do not drink or use alcohol, so this recipe is kind to children, drivers and everyone else.
4 peeled sliced apples
500 ml mulled wine
200 ml of whipped cream
100 ml milk
3 tbsp custard powder
Bring to a boil mulled wine and put down the apples. Let boil for a short time up to 5 minutes or until they are soft but still a little resistance left. Let the apples cool for mulled wine. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff. Stir in the milk and powder. Set in a cool place for a while, about 30 minutes. Ready to be served.
