Almond Gooseberry Crumble

When it’s snowing outside and the wind biting your cheeks, it is cozy to curl up on the couch with a slice of pie and a cup of coffee or tea. Especially if the pie tastes like summer.

dough:
50 g almonds flour
250 ml flour
105g softened butter
75 ml sugar
filling:
200 ml of gooseberry
1 teaspoon potato flour
150ml sugar
Mixing the dough to a crumbly dough. Mix berries, sugar and potato flour and add at the bottom of a pie shape. Sprinkle the dough evenly over the berries. Bake at 175 c for about 20 minutes or until it got a nice color.
