Panna cotta with Tonka beans and coffee – wonderful combination

This weekend I have not done much. Got a bout of laziness. Fixed a dessert, it was anyway. Did a panna cotta with tonka beans and coffee. And a wonderful good Lamb stew with lots of wonderful spices (recipe coming soon)

2 tonka bean grated
400 ml cream
1 tablespoon instant coffee
100 ml jelly sugar
Boil the cream with the grated bömorna a little while. Strain off the remains of the beans. Heat again the cream and add the coffee and sugar. Let boil up once. Then turn in after legal glass and let stand in a cool place for a few hours. Serve.
