
This recipe will outlive me and surely move on to my grandchildren some day. And on to their children …It is simple, inexpensive, and can conjure with. Want a fudge’ll let you cook the batter in l or 2 on the stove (lowest) for 1-2 hours. You want it as caramel, let it boil pretty hard and on high heat, a shorter period.
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
100 ml of syrup
200ml sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
Put everything in a saucepan and cook as above. Grate the lime zest when it is completed in the molds.
