What fun that there are so many who are so curious about the salt stones I use when I cook. I am really very happy indeed!
These I use is from Italy and the firm’s name is Salina di Cervia
It is also available on Amazon to order. From there I bought mine, Duå says you should try to find them in a big Italian import shop.

The saltstones are to be used as cooking, seasoning, presetation and to be used as plates. You can use them as you like 🙂
