The pancakes can be done in many different ways. Here is a variation with heat in. Perfect to fill with taco beef, mushrooms, vegetables, fruit, nuts or chocolate. 

Self, I love the Swedish thin pancakes they have. Especially fried in a de Buyer pan.

2 eggs
300 ml flour
600ml milk
½ tsp baking powder
½ fresh chilli, chopped fine
butter for frying
Whisk together all ingredients. Let stand about 1 hour.
Heat a frying pan. Add a knob of butter in it and let it melt. When it has stopped so beat down a little batter and tilt the pan so the batter is evenly distributed. Consider it to be thin pancakes. Let fry until golden. Flip and cook until the other side. When ready, so take it up and do the same with all the batter until it is finished.
