Risotto is something I do very often. Why do I actually do not, but today it 1 did it. Please read more about Wild pepper here on the blog.

Wild Pepper Risotto with Turkey
200 ml Avioro rice
about 400 ml of hot broth
1 tsp Wild Pepper
400 g turkey meat (preferably leftovers)
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 chopped yellow onion
salt
200ml green beans
oil
Fry the onions brown and add the garlic. Let it get browned a minute together. Add the rice, salt and spices. Stir. Let boil for a minute and add in then down the meat. Stir and add a little more broth. Put the beans. Let it cook in the broth and taste the rice. Does it clearly ready, it doesnt needed no more broth, otherwise add more and let it cook out.

  1. I just made a turkey yesterday and have so much left over that I was contemplating what to do with it. Looks like I found what I am making for dinner, yum!
