
Baked a French Clafoutis today. Love this easy-made French cake Im sure you will fall in love with. Chosed to fill it with blackcurrants which contain a lot of vitamin C and required course now in these cold times.
Clafoutis with blackcurrant and honey
3 eggs
100ml sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
75 ml flour
300 ml Butter

200 ml frozen blackcurrants
1 teaspoon potato flour
2 tablespoons honey
100ml sugar
Mix together all above the line until smooth. Grease and sprinkle with crunbs a pie dish. Turn the batter into the mold.
Mix remaining ingredients and beat it evenly over the batter into the mold.
Bake at 200c for about 20-30 minutes or until it received an even golden.
def look likes something worth trying. give me a scoop of plain vanilla ice cream with that, then im happy *she says as if she’s not a diabetic*
