Love Long pepper ! The flavor it has is absolutely amazing! And since it’s Friday, so I felt like something a little extra. So I marinated chicken fillet with salt stone . So wonderful, amazing good it was .

Good food does not need to have a thousand different ingredients and many hours, to taste good and very concerning . The raw material is everything I used good chicken, superb fine Long pepper and with the right preparation it became a gourmet appearance.

Long pepper marinated chicken fillet on Salt Rock
2 chicken fillets into thin slices
1 finely grated Long pepper
2 tablespoons lemon olive oil
2 salt stones made for cooking
Start by putting the chicken in a bowl, beat the olive oil and grate over Long pepper . Let stand for about 2 hours.
Meanwhile, set the oven to 275c and put into salt rocks. Leave them in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Take them out carefully. Add the chicken evenly over the stone. Then set the oven for about 7-10 minutes or until golden. Serve with a potato gratin .
