Moroccan mussels

For dinner today became the Moroccan mussels. Obviously, as with cultured mussels that do not come directly from the sea the same as you get down there in Morocco. But you have to make the best of it. It sure looks good out? I like it anyway.

Moroccan mussels
1 kg fresh mussels
1 chopped yellow onion
3 pressed garlic cloves
2 peeled diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tsp hot paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 pinches of saffron
4 tbsp chopped coriander
1 stock cube
water
Begin to fry the onions soft in the oil, add the tomatoes and the garlic and all the spices. Add the stock cube and a little water. Let it stand and simmer for about 20 minutes. Mix so the sauce becomes smooth. Knock down the well cleaned mussels. Stir the sauce come in contact with the mussels. Put the lid on and let it get cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Finished. Eaten with good bread or pasta.
