Do not forget to sweeten and savory onion when frying it. It gets so much better that way. And along with Long The peppers so it will be fantastic with the green beans.
Long pepper fried green beans and onions
1 large thinly sliced onion
1 grated Long Pepper
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp sugar
200g long green beans
Heat the frying pan. Add the onion and let it become soft. Add beans and let it get fried so it will brown. Add pepper, sugar and salt. Let it caramelize. Serve
