Fresh Ruccola sauce – a new Rocket salad sauce

Sorry I have been absent here on the blog, but it has been a bit much here at home that made me not managed to write and even less dried cook. But but now I’ll be back on track again.
Offers a fantastic simple, good, tasty and fabulous sauce with arugula. Perfect with grilled, pasta, dip bread in, the salad ….

Ruccola sauce
300 ml ruccola
200ml Turkish yogurt
1-2 pressed garlic cloves
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch of coarse salt
1 pinch black pepper
Mix everything into a smooth sauce. Preferably allow to stand for a while before serving.
