Cauliflower puree with truffle and wild pepper
1 cauliflower head
200ml cream
20g butter
salt
wild pepper
truffle oil
Remove the log on the cauliflower and cut the cabbage into small pieces. Place in a saucepan with the cream and salt. Let it cook with the lid on until the cauliflower is soft. Mix it with butter. Set back on the heat if it is loose and let it cook together, stirring occasionally. Season with wild pepper. Place on plate and drizzle with truffle oil over. Just a few drops are enough.
Looks delicous! I happen to have cauliflower handy..I will give this a shot!

Love cauli. No a big fan of truffle oil, but I might sprinkle on a bit of nutmeg …
