Cauliflower puree with truffle and wild pepper

Less is more is my motto. And just in cooking, it is so true that. You do not need 511 different ingredients to create a great dish. Quality front kvanitet!

Cauliflower puree with truffle and wild pepper
1 cauliflower head
200ml cream
20g butter
salt
wild pepper
truffle oil
Remove the log on the cauliflower and cut the cabbage into small pieces. Place in a saucepan with the cream and salt. Let it cook with the lid on until the cauliflower is soft. Mix it with butter. Set back on the heat if it is loose and let it cook together, stirring occasionally. Season with wild pepper. Place on plate and drizzle with truffle oil over. Just a few drops are enough.

You are so right. Good food needn’t be complicated. Some of the tastiest dishes are the most simple. This cauliflower dish is the perfect example. I bet it’s delicious.

Oooooh this looks really good. I normally don’t like cauliflower, but we have some in the fridge that’s been begging me to use it. The truffle and wild pepper may have just won me over! Great recipe!
