3-6 pc (2 servings) Potatoes any floury variety
25g butter
100-150 ml of milk
salt
1 grated Long pepper
Peel the potatoes and boil as usual. Please share the potatoes into smaller pieces so will be much quicker to boil them soft, then take just about 10-15 minutes.
Drain and then begin mashing the potatoes. One can e.g. use potatoes shock, electric mixer or puree press. Add butter or margarine. Stir in as much milk as is spent until the cake is fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
