100g melted butter
300 ml flour
1 tsp baking powder
0:25 tsp salt
400 ml milk
1 finely grated tonka bean
Mix flour, baking powder, tonka bean, and salt in a bowl.
Beat in half of the milk and whisk until smooth. Whisk then down the rest of the milk, melted butter and ev. cream until smooth.
Heat a waffle iron. Before baking the first waffle as brushes to the griddle with butter.
