Coffee chicken

To begin with, I have not gone mad, no more than usual anyway.
When you prepare this dish so spread a sweet fragrance throughout the house. The food when served, will disappear at once! Expect that your guests will be very surprised when they hear that they have used coffee as a spice. πŸ™‚
Roasted coffee chicken
2 piece chicken fillets
50ml strong coffee
3 cardamom pods
1 teaspoon instant coffee
Few dashes cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Mango Chutney
Mix all ingredients and place in kycklinge. Let it lie in the marinade for 4-6 hours. Roast.

Great Post. We used an experimental olive oil by Nudo that infused coffee into the oil to create a coffee chicken pizza. Great minds… !
