Is there anything better than cheese?! I do not believe it or am I wrong? Love the cheese in all its forms. Do you have any good ostrecept, please tell me about it then.
Has been commissioned to develop recipes using goat cheese, so when I do it. How come so I will share with you what I have. It is all to do so much good of them.
This something I do often. Easy and quick to make. An amazing combination of flavors between the sweet and salty.
Omelet with Goat Cheese, Honey and Almonds
1 whipped egg
1 thick slice goat
1 tsp runny honey gladly wild flowers
1 tbsp flaked almonds
salt and pepper
Heated frying pan firmly and click in the butter. Beat the egg and season it. Flip when browned on one side and add immediately the cheese on the egg. Sites like a lid over so the cheese melts. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with almonds

REALLY sorry to be a halfwit, but …
When I flip the egg that’s cooked only on one side, am I flipping it so that the partly cooked side is … which way ? Up? – with the cheese on partly-cooked egg ? Because the photo tells me it’s the cooked side up; which means there’s a step missing ?
—> Then cook the partly cooked side
is that right ?
As I get older, I find I am becoming totally literal; and this leaves other people unable to expect that I will fill in logical gaps. Apologies …
As you like the egg, some like it one side cooked but I always have it both side… Your choise both works just fine. 🙂
