Goat cheese salad with beetroot
Today’s salad but it is perfect as an appetizer too. Get the ingredients but they are with, speak in a clear voice that they are there on the plate. Recommend a fruity balsamic, please Verrini Munari Rosso, my favorite. You can find it at OLiOLi shop
4 cooked beetroot
8 slices of goat cheese
1 klyftat peeled apple
leek
2 tablespoons honey
2 tbsp flaked almonds
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Place the beets on plates and place the cheese on top of. Let it get going for a few seconds in the microwave, max 10 sekunder.PĆ„ with the apple. Remove and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the almonds. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and leek.
These salads are simply sumptuous !!!! š
