Moroccan Machboos

Do this , it will become your new favorite . Do not be afraid of the number of ingredients or do not skip any . They make a difference.
By the way did you know that Machboos mean jail in Arabic ? πŸ˜‰
Moroccan Machboos
2 chicken fillets cut into pieces
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp pepper
0.25 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tbsp oil
1 tablespoon parsley
rice :
1 glass rice
2 glasses of water
1 pinch saffron
3 cardamom pods
1 cloves
1 teaspoon rose petals
1 thinly sliced yellow onions
1 thinly sliced red pepper
6 filo dough sheet is cut into pieces
50ml yellow soaked raisins
4 tbsp flaked almonds
Start by mixing all the spices , oil and chicken. Preferably allow to stand for a few hours so it takes for himself the taste properly. Bryn then the meat in oil and set it aside . Then take the onions and pepper and fry in the same pan until they are soft and browned slightly . Cook the rice with spices and rose petals and water until all the water has disappeared. Fry the raisins and almonds quickly. Heat the oil and put in filo pastry . Align carefully because it takes a couple of seconds just until done . Add the rice , peppers and onion mixture , meat , and then sprinkle with raisins and almonds. Decorate with filo crisps .
