Moroccon Hummus – the best one in the world

My favorite hummus clearly. It tastes in a completely different way than the usual hummus because it contains no Tahini and have saffron instead. Oh how hungry and craving I was now.
Moroccan Hummus
1 finely chopped onion
1 can of rinsed chickpeas
1 pinch saffron
1 tablespoon parsley
0.5 tsp coriander
0.25 teaspoon cumin
salt, pepper
2-3 tbsp water
oil
Saute the onion until soft. Add the chickpeas and let them get to be through warm. Add in the spices. Stir and add the water. Put the lid on and it may simmer a few minutes. Mix everything to a smooth puree. Eat and are enjoyed with bread.
