Moroccan Guacomole

The avocado is a vegetable that is often used in Morocco. Personally, I think it’s fun to do a little cross cooking now and then. Mix countries in the same dish.
Here you have the Moroccan guacomole
2 mashed avocado
50 ml of yoghurt
1 clove garlic
0.5 tsp turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
0.5 chopped tomato
1 pinch of salt
0.5 tsp hot paprika
0.5 chili
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Mix everything except the tomatoes in a blender. Then stir in the tomatoes. Let stand for 1-2 hours before serving so the flavors can come out.
