Here we go again with my best garlic tips

Figured since it’s summer, atleast here where I am, so I thought to a favorite tips in the replay.
An easy way to have completed garlic ready in the fridge and just take out the amount you need, it’s so beautiful and the cooking goes a little faster.
I take 2 whole garlic cloves and detachment. Since I put all in a metal can and takes a like metal can over. Shaking firmly in about 1 minute. When you open then peel off the garlic leaving gaps.
Since I put all in a blender with a little olive oil. And run until smooth. I then add the garlic in a jar and at the top I turn on a little olive oil to assure me that no air ate garlic. Then, just to keep in the fridge and take the amount that you need at that moment.
