Moroccan tzatziki

The fact is that I like to mix different countries’ food with each other. Simply borderless cooking and it works. Try as you shall see.
Now in the summertime so’re cold sauces so good to have on food. Easy to prepare and enjoyed by all.
So here I have taken the Greek tzatziki and mixed with Moroccan spices and the result was a fantastic tzatziki with new flavor.
Moroccan Tzatziki
0.5 grated cucumbers
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
2.5 tsp Raz el. hanout
0.5 tsp cumin
200ml Turkish yoghurt
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper
Squeeze out the water from the cucumber. Then mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Then let the sauce sit for a few hours so the flavors have time to arrive. Stir again before you serve it.
