This sauce can be found in Portugal in most homes and restaurants. Suitable for the most dishes.
Piri piri sauce from Portugal
100 ml of olive oil
Juice of Β½ lemon
2 long red chillies, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
Put everything in a blender and blend until you get a smooth sauce.

yes fresh and homemade without any “extra” addid to it, is simpley the best! I dont like processed food at all and try to make it all by my self.
