After being invited my friend on Cassava cake I made this morning. And see the joy of seeing her eat it, and how exciting it was to prepare a food that I had never touched in the past. So I got a stronger self-confidence. What does kills me, makes me stronger, right?
Dare to make this dish and I promise you that you will do it more times! I will absolutely do it. The acidity and sweetness along with the chicken is amazing.

500 g chicken fillet
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml rhubarb, chopped
200ml double cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 tbsp concentrated chicken stock
1/2 tsp sambal oelec
1 pc clove garlic
50ml chopped chives
10-15 cherry tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 225 °. Savory chicken and fry it in butter in a skillet. Add chicken, tomatoes and rhubarb in an ovenproof dish. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour it into the mold. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes. Garnish with chives
